Meet The Team

Fred Quezada

Owner - Master Technician and Glazier

Fred has over 25 years of experience, with extensive training and nationally recognized certification. He has also completed numerous training courses focused solely on maintaining luxury vehicles, including Bentley, Aston Martin, Mercedes, BMW, Land Rover, Porsche, Lamborghini, Ferrari, and Rolls Royce. Fred has been in the auto glass industry for over 23 years, gaining experience as an installer and trainer with management-level responsibilities for large auto glass companies. During that time, he received many awards and recognitions, such as Rookie of the Year and Best Customer Service Sales. He also competed in regional auto glass competitions, winning first place and placing in the top five at the national level.

Fred specializes in working on high-end vehicles, as well as vintage and classic cars. After solidifying his passion for the business, he decided to start his own auto glass company in 2018. Fred strives to treat customers the way he wants to be treated, taking pride in ensuring their safety by installing a quality product with professional workmanship.

Araceli “Sally”

Director of Operations

Araceli has been in the dental industry for over 20 years and is new to auto glass since 2018. Prior to joining Platinum Auto Glass, she held various roles in the dental field. Araceli assumed the positions of Manager, CSR, and Marketing Director at Platinum Auto Glass, where she now oversees the day-to-day operations of the auto glass technicians and the customer service/billing staff, as well as the financial operations on a daily basis. She graduated from UTA University with a degree in Business Administration.

When not working, Araceli enjoys painting and arts and crafts, but she mostly cherishes spending time with her four children.

Joseph

Sales CSR

Joseph started with Platinum Auto Glass in 2018, joining his father, Fred, at the beginning of the family business during its very first year until his duty called.

He is currently serving as a sailor in the U.S. Navy and is our #1 sailor! While overseas, Joseph is studying and enjoys all his travels with the Navy. He has always prioritized building relationships with everyone, focusing on creating long-term partnerships.

Outside of work, Joseph enjoys working out and spending time with his family and friends.

Justin
ADAS Calibration Specialist/Assistant Tech

Justin has been with Platinum Auto Glass since 2018, assisting with his father's business. He is very passionate about doing things right, just like his boss.

Justin graduated in 2020 and is the Certified ADAS Calibration Specialist. Staying up to date on all the extended training regarding vehicle safety features is his top priority.

Outside of work, Justin enjoys playing his guitar and cooking for everyone. He also cherishes spending time with his family and friends.

Sonia
Front Office Admin Billing Specialist

Sonia has worked in the customer service industry since 2018 in retail, bringing plenty of experience to her role. She handles customer service as needed, along with marketing and social media for Platinum Auto Glass. Sonia is a full-time college student pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design at a local school in Dallas.

Outside of work, Sonia enjoys spending time at the lake, working out, cooking, reading, and enjoying time with family and friends.

Customers can always expect exceptional service from this family-owned business. Sonia is happy to assist with all requirements and will always greet clients with a smile!

Riya
Marketing Coordinator

Riya recently joined the Platinum Auto Glass family in 2024, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise. The team is glad to have her as part of the PAG family.

She is a full-time student at UNT, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communication Design with a concentration in UX. When not working, Riya enjoys almost anything related to art—drawing, painting, designing, you name it!
